This was a pretty straightforward stack and very little banter.

according to a few articles I've read, one in "The Economist" I think (I was waiting to pick up Chinese food) & one in either Time or Newsweek, there seems to be a combo of mite, virus & fungus that combined have the bad effect. Colonies in various countries with only 1 or 2 of the factors don't die off.
